Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £80. Orders under £80 have a flat delivery fee of £4.99.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it in its original packaging for a full refund.
How do I care for artificial plants?
Simply dust occasionally with a soft cloth or use compressed air. For a deeper clean, wipe leaves with a damp cloth. No watering, no sunlight, no maintenance required.
Do you ship internationally?
