Shipping policy
Free UK delivery on all orders over £80. Orders below £80 are charged a flat rate of £4.95.
Delivery times

Standard UK delivery — 2 to 5 working days from dispatch.
Larger items and statement pieces (trees, tall plants, oversized arrangements) — 5 to 10 working days, delivered by a specialist courier who will be in touch to arrange a convenient slot.
Express next-day delivery — available at checkout for £7.95 on orders placed before 2pm Mon–Fri (excludes large items).

Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Showroom collection
Many items are available to collect from our Middlesbrough showroom — saving you delivery costs and letting you see the piece in person before taking it home. Select Collect from showroom at checkout, or book a slot to view items first. Our showroom is at:

Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking link. You can also view order status by logging into your account at any time.
International delivery
We currently ship across the United Kingdom and Ireland. For international enquiries outside these regions, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange a custom delivery quote.
Delivery addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot redirect parcels once dispatched. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at info@fleurandmae.co.uk and we'll do our best to update the order before it leaves us.
Missing or damaged items
Every order is carefully packed, but in the rare event your item arrives damaged or missing, please email info@fleurandmae.co.uk with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery is attempted and you are not in to receive it, the courier will leave a card with collection instructions or attempt redelivery. Items returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
